Off to the south of France for what Till loves to refer to as great “pichet” wine. Actually this is a step above that but the spirit is the same. Made mostly from Syrah and Grenache (and a few others) this has lovely Mediterranean warmth to it.
Grilled lamb chops and ratatouille, half a mug of this and your world will be corrected.
